EXPLANATION OF PLANS:
Web Hosting Essentials is our basic hosting and domain renewal plan and does not offer much more than that.
Web Hosting Essentials Plus is our hosting and domain renewal plan that also includes (2-4 hours/mo) for Technical support, which allows us to update plugins, bring a site back if it crashes, and perform routine maintenance.
Web Hosting Essentials Pro is our hosting and domain renewal plan that also includes (2-4 hours/mo) for Technical support, which allows us to update plugins, bring a site back if it crashes, and perform routine maintenance This is the only single domain/website plan that includes us making changes and/or updates to the content(mandatory if you have a shop or coaching platform where content must be updated after initial delivery.)
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE DOMAIN OR WEBSITE THAT WE ARE HOSTING SEE PLANS BELOW:
Web Hosting – Enterprise is our basic hosting and domain renewal plan that covers exactly the same services as the Web Hosting Essentials plan the only difference is that it covers 2-5 domains/websites at a time.
Web Hosting – Enterprise Plus is our hosting and domain renewal plan that covers exactly the same services as the Web Hosting Essentials Plus plan the only difference is that it covers 2-5 domains/websites at a time.
Web Hosting – Enterprise Pro is our hosting and domain renewal plan that covers exactly the same services as the Web Hosting Essentials Pro plan the only difference is that it covers 2-5 domains/websites at a time and provides up to 10 hours of content management and technical support. This is the only plan that includes us making changes and/or updates to the content for more than one domain (mandatory if you have a shop or coaching platform where content must be updated after initial delivery.)
Our standard rate for making content updates or technical support for your websites is $50/hr, which is the rate we will charge beyond the 10 hours/mo. included in the Web Hosting – Enterprise Pro plan.
As a frame of reference, a single product update usually takes us 30 minutes or .5/unit per item. updating a seminar or event on your website takes us 1 hour or 1 unit, in order to make one change we have to go into 3 different sections of the website so it takes longer.
Once you sign up for the plan you will see weekly updates in the tickets for the hours we have used for the week and how many units you have remaining. That way you can keep track of your monthly usage. Each domain has to have a plan if you do not select one of the Enterprise Packages.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please list your website/domain name in the Order Notes section of the order form so that we can match your website to the proper plan.
